Tips and tricks for Disagreeing

Disagreement part II.  Last week we spoke generally about whether a meeting is for disagreement and whether it is good to speak at all.  This week, we are going to provide some practical tips.

• Let’s add this other question to next meeting’s  agenda 
• Don’t call out an individual specifically
• Acknowledge what another person is saying
  • Come from a place of curiosity, With the intention of truly learning from the other person not just from a place of disagreement
• Think about disagreeing behind the scenes either before or after a meeting
•  Pass a note discretely during the meeting to leader head
• Fake it until you make it! Come From a Point of Confidence in order to have the proper approach
